  I never received the mattress topper. It was totally damaged in the shipping process. The seller was very nice in helping to locate the damaged topper. They immediately issued a refund for the full amount - they were very helpful in answering my texts to them.

  I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but this seller messaged me to cancel this item as it was priced wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but then the seller marked the item as shipped for some reason. That’s why I’m leaving negative feedback. I had to contact eBay and figure out the best way to go about the situation. It felt suspicious.
