  Item was absolutely new and in a factory sealed box like the description said. Good communication from seller. Seller shipped promptly in a well padded and well labeled container. Postal service screwed up on routing and delivery took longer than it should have but that is NO fault of the seller.

  Part came thru as ordered and was described, however, it was not protected, it was known to be sensitive electronic piece of equipment, but the seller shipped it in a padded envelope with zero physical protection. I have packed and shipped 1000s of items and I would never ship a controller in a tiny padded envelope 3400 miles. ever. Even a sm USPS box would have been better. Damaged item will likely be returned. Not a got shipping protocol.

  Hi, you may not believe it, but I truly do care about properly packaging items I ship. I think if you look thru my feedbacks - you'll see that to be the case. If something gets damaged in shipment the customer isn't happy and I lose money. A lose-lose situation. If I didn't pack this piece properly - you've got my sincere apology. I can not even try to make any excuses. If it's damaged I'll certainly take it back and give you a full refund.
