  Thank God it was only a 12 dollar part. Listed to fit glk and doesn't. Advised them it don't fit and showed pictures for proof. They wanted me to send it back on my dime (probably 8 bucks) to receive 12 dollar refund. They also Advised they "don't usually accept returns " but with my proof they would". Asked them to remove glk from list it fits and, been weeks and they have not done that to prevent futurereturns. Shipped in a hard plastic case that was appropriated but adhesive was falling off

  Purchase was to replace damaged bulb from first purchase. After contacting seller, said to wait & would send discounted invoice for single bulb purchase . Then, crickets. Days later, I go ahead & order entire set again & seller then says nothing they can now do . Flimsy, cheap plastic packaging shipping delicate LED bulbs across the country in a very cheap thin plastic bag which was partially crushed again. They've made their last sale to me !

  I a world where things are already hard to figure out and deal with, you've got sellers on platforms like this making it 10x harder to justify good & honest customer service nowadays. I bought a little 4 piece carbon fiber door lock covers. I received the package, NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE AT ALL, and initiated a return. The seller states that they offer "hassle-free" returns. This is far from the truth. They didnt want to return and I had to escalate the report. Ebay honored the return luckily.
