  Black Grandad Shirt size Large full buttoning the material is just right and the service is excellent.However the delivery driver just dropped the well packaged item on the doorstep and did not ring the doorbell,luckily I was going out and spotted the package.A drop off is NOT a delivery as the item could have been STOLEN.But WHY did he NOT ring the doorbell?

  I ordered a full buttoned shirt, but was sent three half buttoned shirts. I also don't like the material, it's more like blouse material. I see I'm not allowed to mention appearance, I don't understand that, What's with the seven day rule?

  Hi So sorry to hear you were sent the wrong style. We are normally spot on but of course human error is never far away. We will always exchange any and cover the postage when this happens. The cotton crimp cotton I understand you do not like and thats no problem as tastes on these things vary. I can say that we have been selling the same shirts for almost 30 years and they are famous for their durability. Thanks for ordering anyway, Very best regards Keith
