  Excellent Seller! Exactly as described, prompt to respond to questions, package was very fragile but they packed it very carefully and with lots of bubble wrap. It arrived in excellent condition and we are totally happy with our purchase. We were in the middle of a postal strike, and the seller opted for another carrier DHL and they were also excellent. It really mattered to the Seller that we get our item exactly and as expeditiously as possible. Excellent, Excellent.

  Wow, A++ experience! The seller was fantastic, sent several messages to communicate the shipping process, and quickly responded when the Ebay tracker mixed updates, leading me to worry the package the returned to Japan. The package arrived weeks early. The keychains were packaged with great care, and are so beautiful! They are exactly as they were described in the posting

  I actually received the item (an ST Dupont Ligne 2) much earlier than expected, which is always a plus! Packaged carefully, and actually looks prettier than the pictures portrayed it. It IS a legitimate model, NOT a counterfeit. It also has a wonderful, full "ping" sound that the Ligne 2s are supposed to have. Communication was excellent through the process. I'm extremely happy with this transaction and recommend the seller highly!
