  My Staub cast iron pot was received quickly. The packaging wasn’t as protective as needed for the long journey, so unfortunately, the pot was damaged in transit. After contacting the seller they were quick to offer a refund and to pay for return shipping. We came up with a solution that worked for both of us and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and interaction with them. I would purchase from this seller in the future because they guarantee their items.

  10/10 recommend it came exactly how is said in the description, it also was really well packaged it came with a extra box just to make sure there was no damage, and for shipping it was not bad also it took 9 days to get to me but it was worth it, again recommend buying from here !!

  Item as described. My paddle was package with great care. Bought it for a great price. Just wish the shipping was better; seller waited 2.5 business days before shipping the item. Waited 10 days to recieve from date of purchase.
