The dispatch notification was received straight away but then wasn't updated for two days. Once I'd chased JVL the parcel was then collected by the courier (Evri) and was delivered the next day. The correspondence I had back from JVL was polite and they sorted the delivery out as they said they would.

Not the fault of the seller but delivery by Evri was delayed by two unsuccessful attempts to deliver (we were home both times) until the bin finally arrived in a badly damaged box. Successful courier was then very dismissive about our experience. Suggest this seller uses a different courier.
