  I would have to say that this seller went way above and beyond for my air purifier unit. The packaging was phenomenal and since the first item was not working right he sent me another one. We were in constant communication and I am very impressed with his wanting to do right by me. I now am a happy owner of my new iq air purifier. So if you want a good seller who is willing to work with you no matter what and is easy to work with you can't go wrong with John. Prices are reasonable as well.

  My bike frame was shipped with such care! Well professionally packaged in a very solid box, this is really a top tier seller. The item was accurately described and very nice. Communication was great and I was always up to date on the process. The price was more than fair.   I love it. This seller is one of the finest on the interwebs. My slightly used, but absolutely amazing Stumpjumper Pro frame arrived on time, thanks largely to the seller's communication. Very responsive. My M2 Stumpy came in a box and wrapped inside. What an incredible unboxing experience! It came exactly as advertised, and worth every penny. I will be calling on them again for future builds. What a great selection of vintage frames.

  Just received the 8700 frame I ordered. Packaged and shipped securely and in a timely manner. John saw a problem that I might have had to deal with, contacted me, and spent a few extra days resolving the potential issue. The frame is exactly how John depicted, and will totally suit my needs as intended.   Who knew FedEx delivered on Sunday added bonus flowers. Victorinox travels well. This is replacing a roller that had well over 100,000 flight miles on it and 25 years of use with only minor wear outside of the wheels. I must have missed the "This is NEW", because this is essentially new so I will say this is better than described. Packed by a packaging pro. Great Seller. Huge Victorinox travel bag fan. Thanks for parting with this.

  Great experience ordering from John. Product was exactly as described and priced fairly. It was received with no damage and had excellent packaging which gave the crank great protection.
