  This Mermaze Mermaidz dolls shipped quickly and I got her at a great price. This was shipped with some bubble wrap around part of the box in a plastic shipper bag. Looks like the top of the box got bent during shipping, but the doll is in great condition and I am going to take her out of the box. Her appearance is beautiful and it is a great quality doll!

  Never received item. eBay stepped in and provided me with a refund. Item was advertised as being shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Seller shipped it via a different service, FedEX Surepost. Tracking stopped updating 12 days ago. Sellers response to the issue was not helpful.

  Buyer is blaming me for them, not receiving their item. I told this buyer a solution and the buyer didn’t want to hear it. I have no clue where their package is because I shipped it so I don’t have it, but tracking was provided.

  I am sorry that the box arrived pretty damaged. It might’ve gotten damaged while in transit, because it wasn’t when I shipped it out.. I’m glad you still enjoy your item!! Thank you for the feedback!!
