Just.In.Casings. Our store is dedicated to providing a complete selection of sausage casings for the home hobbyist and the larger commercial processor. We feature natural hog casings, fiberous summer sausage casings and various sizes of collagen casings. Our casings are as fresh as you will find.
If you are looking for natural hog casings we feature two sizes of packaging. The small 9 oz pack will fill 25-30 lbs of sausage. These are naturally preserved with sea salt. Just hydrate and rinse to start using. Our larger packs will fill 125-150 lbs. These are preserved in a natural salt brine solution. Just rinse and start making sausage. The larger packs of natural hog casings have much longer casings for faster sausage stuffing. These casings are shipped via Priority mail.
If you are new to sausage making try the collagen casings. These are also a natural, edible sausage casing. They are permeable for smoking links. They are much easier to use than hog casings.
