  The item arrived packaged well and in good condition, great pricing on the item and shipping. However on further inspection the filter inside was used and had some dust on it. The seller took accountability for their mistake and gave me a partial refund, was very kind and apologetic. Great item overall, would buy from this seller again!

  Seller sent my cups to another person and their stuff to me. I returned their item. He then sent my cups to someone else and claimed I received them. After I shared that they were sent to a totally different state, he claimed the problem had been fixed and he would be sending them out. I finally received the cups approximately 6 weeks later. He did refund my money and paid for me to return the other item. Had he not, I would have given him a totally negative review. Thankfully all things worked

  I received this adorable hydro flask in great condtion. Yes, it does have small smudges, but it's for me and it's still beautiful in my eyes which is ALL that matters. It does the job and I was shocked that I received it in 2 days. Talk about QUICK shipping. I love the product, the amazing service and quick shipping.
