    The seller was great. It turns out there was a manufacturer's defect that couldn't be noted before the item was removed from the packaging. They asked for some photos of where the missing parts should have been installed but weren't. Once the confirmed that it was a manufacturer's problem, they sent me a return FedEx code and I was able to return the item with no problems, no hassles. Very professional.

    Everything was good other than the shipping. FedEx tracking is terrible, took longer than expected, then they set the package out in heavy rain with a covered porch only 40 ft from where they left it. No other issues with the tv

    Quality appears to be good, condition looks new, value fair, appearance new. Ordered on the 7th ,two days later when I reached out to them about the lack of tracking of it they said they would check on it. Two days latter I reached out again and they still new nothing then later told me the label was torn . It arrived at UPS on 15th (8 days latter ) It still took another two days to get it to UPS. Got it on the 20th . I will not do business with them again.
