  The product was exactly as described and had all parts that were originally included in the package. At first, I couldn’t find something and when I messaged the seller, he immediately apologize and offered me a discount. However, I did find the item eventually, but the fact that he was so professional and awesome I really wanna make sure that people know he’s a great guy to deal with. Quick shipping as well!   As described, box was open, but the actual thermometer was new and unused. The outer box was WAAAY too large for shipping, it was not packed well at all and the inner thermometer box was able to rattle around. The thermometer itself was a good deal. I would purchase from this seller again.

  The seller sent the incorrect item (Canon PGI-280XL vs Canon PGI-280XXL) but they offered to send a partial refund or a full refund with return of the item for the mistake. I agreed to a partial refund as I could still use the item. The seller was apologetic for the mistake and resolved the issue quickly.

  Shipped quickly! They are just as described and well worth the money! They also were packed quite well, though the shipping box was smashed. My only suggestion would be a tougher/thicker box, but everything was otherwise great. Thank you so much!
