    I had a very positive experience with this seller despite unexpected shipping delays caused by weather and USPS issues. The seller was proactive in communicating updates about my order, remained transparent about the situation, and went above and beyond by filing a claim with the post office. When the issue couldn’t be resolved in a timely manner, they promptly issued a full refund but continued to monitor the package’s progress. Highly recommended!

    The dress is exactly as described - beautiful. The price was a fantastic value. Packaging was secure and well protected the dress. The shipping was delayed, through no fault of the seller, but the dress was well worth the wait! Thank you!

    This seller was fabulous! So quick to communicate and so willing to work on the price and to ship both purchases together to save shipping. The dresses are in far better condition than I expected, as these older Lillies are hard to find in great shape. So I'd give this seller 10 stars!
