    I have to praise the way in which this very customer orientated seller dealt with a problem I had with the item I ordered. I advised them that the item was faulty and received an extremely prompt and helpful reply detailing how to return the item for a full refund at no expense to myself. I followed this procedure and received an immediate full refund. This is a seller that you can buy from in confidence that if there is any issue it will be sorted out quickly and without any fuss. Thank You !

    Seller sent me completely the wrong set of oil paints. Utter cheap rubbish and different colours instead of what was in description. Rather than apologise and refund immediately, knowing it had caused inconvenience and would cost more the travel and park car to send back for refund, they offered me a 56p refund as alternative. Utterly shocking for a totally false description of a product. False listing, poor customer service and a poor ebayer. NOT recommended. Avoid.

    The seller sent me only one. The description and picture clearly shows a pack of 2. I asked the seller to send me the second one. But they sent me the wrong size. I asked again to send me the right size but they ignored my request. No response, nothing. Appalling service. Not recommend to buy anything from this seller.
