  It was a pleasure dealing with this seller. Item was described in detail complete with several great photos and purchase price was very fair. When received, condition was exactly as expected. Worth mentioning that the fragile items I purchased were packaged to perfection, ensuring there was no damage during shipping. I highly recommend dealing with this wonderful seller.   Even tho' the item was never shipped, Judy messaged to advise what had happened and how. Her message in regards to how it would be wrapped and shipped was very informative, and reassured me that whatever I ordered from this shop would arrive safe and sound. Unfortunately, it was broken before it even shipped. But again,I was kept informed. I have no doubts at all about buying from this shop in the future.

  Another great buy with the seller, who bundled all my favourite things. Easy to talk to and efficient. The shipping was quick and the seller took lots of care and pride in packing the item so it arrives safely to their destination. A lot of work is taken in keeping the item in great conditions, value, and as described. The owner also left me a surprise treat very lovely personalized touch.   I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience with this seller. Shipping was fast, and the packaging of the items was on a whole other level! Seller took their time to personally reach out and assure me that it was packed securely. This meant a lot because I was a bit concerned about it arriving unscathed, given the fragile nature of the teapot and how long the journey was.   I was delighted with my purchase. Although it was scheduled to be delivered on the 30th of April due to heavy parcel delivery it arrived on the 23rd of April. It was packed careful and well protected from damage. It was as described and was like it had very little use, no chips or fading. I am so pleased with my purchase. Well worth the purchase price.
