  Great Communication- my item was different to the photo on your- But I had no problems with the seller. I was offered a replacement or refund straight away. All sorted within 3 to 4 days due to the delay in time zones. Would certainly use this seller again 5***

  Having bought from this seller before, I placed an order at 11:13 AEST / 9:13 am China time and then cancelled 20minutes later (the minimum time required by eBay) when I realised I still had my old delivery address as the default. I added a comment to the seller saying I would happily re-order with the new address however they ignored this on the basis of "having already sent it". Blatant lie. No seller has picked, packed and printed a label AND taken it to a courier within 20mins of order.

  Advertised as- 4Pack PIR Motion Sensor LED Light Bulbs 12W E26/E27 Lamp Daylight White 6500K UK. Only one bulb was sent. Seller argued I only selected 1 piece. Also wrong type of bulb which he hasn't acknowledged yet. Poor service and very misleading post.

  Received speedy refund from seller due not receiving due to a courier issue. All credit to the seller though as they initiated the refund, I didn't have to chase them. So pleased to have dealt with an honest seller.
