Bought a figure for £32 and when it arrived he was empty handed. After a complaint I was told that it wasn’t included in the description but to make me happy it would be sent. Two weeks later after I asked again, I was told it had been sent. It arrived and I got what I wanted in the end but might be worth asking what is included when purchasing.
