I allowed a couple of days after the carrier informed me they were running late but gave no expected delivery date. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and curtiously . The issue promptly resolved itself the next day. It took me another day to close the issue due to not knowing the eBay system well enough. I will happily buy from them again

Thankfully the tube has not ruptured anywhere but seller please improve packaging and take this up with the mail service.... they are letting your business down.
