  The item arrived well packaged and as described. Had an issue with the parcel carrier resulting in the item arriving later than expected. I allowed a couple of days after the carrier informed me they were running late but gave no expected delivery date. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and curtiously . The issue promptly resolved itself the next day. It took me another day to close the issue due to not knowing the eBay system well enough. I will happily buy from them again

  Good communication from seller. Item arrived 2 days later than advertised, but wasn't seller fault as the seller dispatched item promptly same day , it was royal mail fault delay. Item as described and packaged well . Good seller 👍

  Items never arrived on time, left it for a while longer, still no item, contacted seller, I was willing to wait a little longer, seller said its been long enough and sent another item, I got this 1st class 2 days later, excellent communication and quality service, items exactly what I had ordered
