  These shoes actually “disintegrated” when I tried to put them on right after receiving them, I contacted the seller sending one photo, they asked for a couple more photos (as a seller myself I know that some buyers may try to switch out a buy with a damaged one they already had) and then promptly apologized stating they should have checked them a little better…they then sent a full refund without asking me to return the shoes. Very happy with the service!

  Excellent transaction, item was delivered sooner than expected. And the pictures don’t do the handbag justice. It appears to be brand new, never used in my opinion. The handbag was packaged well and had plenty of stuffing in it to keep the shape. Very happy with my purchase!
