  Definitely had a pleasant experience overall with this seller. Got a good quantity of video games and they were well packaged up for shipping. The package arrived fairly fast. I did notice some games & cases that had some issues and I was able to communicate with the seller about these. Seller was very professional, understanding and willing to help. We were able to figure out a solution that would help me out with this issue and that is a quality I look for in sellers.

  Cart arrived as described and in working condition. Fair price for an authentic cartridge in its current shape. Photos in listing give an accurate representation of label. Quick shipment turn around and well packaged envelope. Cart came individually packaged from other items. I appreciate that the shipment came tracked and needed signature, which ensured it made to my door.

  Ordered several games and one was scratched beyond use. The seller responded to the issue quickly (2-3 business days) acknowledging the issue and promptly shipping a replacement. Communication was great as seller provided updates. Overall, very reasonable prices and trustworthy customer service.

  Although somebody beat me to a game i wanted in a snes pick your own bundle the seller communicated this very fast with a speedy refund. All of the games where cleaned and sent in soft sleeves and in rather good condition, not to kention for a price that was slightly below the average asking price. Shipping was also very prompt this is exactly the kind of seller i prefer, solely for the quality of service.

  Although I didn’t get the exact console I placed an order for, upon messaging the seller to inform them of the mistake that occurred I was provided some replacement options that were considered to be in similar condition to the one that I had originally ordered. Although I didn’t get the exact console I ordered I am still happy with the product after about a month of purchasing 👍 I would definitely shop with this seller again, I would just message and double check my order for future purchases.
