  Model was advertised as new in box - received as described, new in a mint unopened box. Packaging was very good sufficiently padding the model's box on all its sides, which BH luckily prevented a tear from reaching the box and cause damage. Very satisfied with transaction and would happily buy again and definitely recommend seller. Thank you ! Roy

  Great item and as described. Packaged well. However, I had expected to receive it with another item which arrived separately and on time, but I didn't. When I messaged the seller they replied stating that the item in stock had got damaged and they were waiting for more stock to arrive. This would appear to be the case. It finally arrived about three weeks after I had paid for it. I guess these things happen occasionally, but I wish I had been informed without having to chase it up.

  Parcel arrived today ahead of time. Very well packaged as I've come to expect from this trusted dealer so no problems with any damage to the model. I'm a very happy customer it's a beautiful model at a very good price due to the discount voucher code offered by the seller. Excellent service on all counts especially communications.   The post office did their best to spoil it all ‘losing’ it somewhere for a day but I’m glad to say it’s arrived today. Packaged so well by the seller and even more stunning to look at than pictures would suggest. Great value, great seller, great buying experience

  Took advantage of eBay coupon offer for 10% off an already reasonably priced model. Received well packaged and as described. Took 6 days to arrive from sent date though with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  Happy with purchase and value. Seller was quick to reply to my concerns about length of delivery time.Box containing model arrived creased due to no protection inside cardboard box.Would have been unhappy if it was a gift for someone else.
