  The item arrived on time. The item was exactly as described. Actually it was better. All the parts, instructions and the extra parts were all in the plastic. Packaging was great. I was worried there might be an issue, but it was perfect!! I will buy from this seller again.

  Shipping was Decent, it took 4 days to even ship the item out, the cost was Expensive. Packaging was well done. Communication is so/so, and the Light kit on one of the bodies does not work as described, and is pretty rough off. No Transmitter, overall value after purchase, not worth it.

  As I explained several times in my messages with you, the item was shipped the day after the purchase date. I also explained that it takes several days for the item to be reflected in DHL's database after it has been shipped. As I made clear in the product title, photos on the product page, and in the description, a transmitter is not included.
