  Start to finish it has been a five star experience. Shipping from Japan to Washington State took a little over 3 days. The package was very well done and the internal box was cushioned on all sides. The watch was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Steel bracelet turned out to be an exact fit and that was a real bonus. I've been wearing the watch for a week and I'm very happy with the performance. I would deal with this company again.
