  Finalmente tengo mi pedido! Mi experiencia con Joy ha sido muy buena. En mi caso, cuando el paquete llegó a mí país, no podía localizarlo. Lo entregaron en una oficina de Correos pero nadie me notifico nada, estaba preocupada. Joy siempre ha respondido rápidamente a mis mensajes, ha llamado a la empresa para tener más información y me ha ayudado en todo momento. Hoy ya recibí mi pedido, y está en perfecto estado.   Joy was very kind to deal with, and very quick to reply. As well as very reasonable when combining products and asking for special requests. My package was sent to my mother, and she will bring them to me next month so I won't get to see my products until then, but I trust the quality will be as expected. Everything arrived in a timely manner as well. Customer service cannot be beat
