  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I received the wrong version of the game purchased. However, the seller responded quickly to investigate the mix up. After working with them closely to try and find the correct version, a return was requested, and full refund was initiated. Not the result I was hoping for, but it was a positive experience working through to the desired outcome. Great communication!!! Item was shipped fast and well packaged. I would buy from again as a trusted seller!!!

  This item was exactly as described! No damage to the box or the item itself, It arrived sooner than was quoted, and was packaged very well--even the discs inside the box were taped down to prevent damage or movement during shipping--above and beyond! All episodes and discs are present, the menus are easy to navigate, and the item does look like it was only used maybe once or twice...basically like new! A++++++ seller and would recommend to others! I love the Kenshin series so thank you!!!
