  The item isn’t a good product and I have to return it and it was received . The seller refused to refund me my money, everyone needs to be very careful with this seller because is a big scammer

  Please do not lie or try to be malicious about what actually happened. Buyer returned item because he didn't just like the product. Upon inspection of the item, buyer had dipped his hands into the cream and used part of it. Surely you cannot expect a full refund for the item. Contacted buyer on solution and he refused to respond. I had to contact ebay who resolved the issue by closing the case and still refunded the buyer their full money as a good will gesture. Who is the scammer here?
