  Seller made good on my purchase that was misdelivered. I had worried as tracking showed delivered at a location that was not my home. My neighbor has not been home for a long time-and the tracking info didn’t match up with my purchase date. But it has come out ok. They are reputable conscientious sellers.

  Seller realized that he had the item priced too low after my purchase and gave my order a false Fedex tracking number. After wasting several hours on the phone with fedex they gave told me that the tracking they gave me was false and that there was never a package scheduled to my address. I needed the acid to complete a customers order and now I have to pay overnight shipping from someone else. They have cost me time and money when they should have been upfront. I would avoid this seller!!!!!!

  There was a mixup with shipping, so I never received this item. Seller immediately took responsibility and issued a full credit. Great communication. Would purchase from them again.

  The shipper was excellent UPS delivered them somewhere else. I let them know and they were going to give me a refund or they would send me a new order. They finally arrived today four days later on UPS, but they went out of their way to fix my problem I will order from them again

  Stand up seller delivery guy delivered my package to a different address the seller confirmed the mistake and send me the item again to the correct address thank you very much A+++++ seller highly recommend them
