  Item as described and pictured in the listing; seller was quick to respond to measurement inquiries and was accommodating to a special request w/o a hassle; packaged very well and shipped soon after purchase; price paid was fair for the quality, condition and brand value; one major issue: sleeves are way too long (they cover my hands entirely and will need to be picked up at least 4", which is an addt'l cost on my end); the coat fits perfectly aside from this flaw and is beautifully made.
