  Thank you Jon and Deb Trains for a positive shopping experience. I appreciated that the item was described accurately. Plus it was nicely packaged in a small box when many sellers would just ship in a bubble envelope. That shows extra attention given to the customer making sure item arrives safely. It was also shipped out in a timely fashion arriving not long after ordering and you did not gouge on shipping cost. It was a great value and I give you guys an A+!

  This order was cancelled by seller. It was listed as "works good" when it should have been "for parts only, missing motor." Seller caught error before shipping, cancelled order and promptly refunded my money. Any one can make a mistake and seller did all that could be expected. I didn't get a locomotive I wanted at a great price but there will be another.

  Very pleased with my purchase. Item arrived as described, undamaged and on time. Parcel was securely packaged to prevent shipment damage. I received a very nice HO scale caboose from a great seller.
