  This is a very nice car at one of the best prices on eBay! The transaction was smooth as silk and shipping was quick! Everything was well wrapped and packaged to survive USPS shipping. Sadly, the trucks snapped off the car while trying to remove it from the manufacturer's box. I reached out to the seller about the issue in an attempt to figure out what I did wrong. Jon responded quickly to make things right, even though it wasn't his fault. What OUTSTANDING customer service! Many thanks!

Plus it was nicely packaged in a small box when many sellers would just ship in a bubble envelope. That shows extra attention given to the customer making sure item arrives safely. It was also shipped out in a timely fashion arriving not long after ordering and you did not gouge on shipping cost. It was a great value and I give you guys an A+!

  This order was cancelled by seller. It was listed as "works good" when it should have been "for parts only, missing motor." Seller caught error before shipping, cancelled order and promptly refunded my money. Any one can make a mistake and seller did all that could be expected. I didn't get a locomotive I wanted at a great price but there will be another.
