  Poor quality product poor shipping and poor communication. The item was not put in the mail till 9 days after paying for it. The capacitors are well below the stated value of 12000 as seen by the pictures Poor packing one was received with a big dent. Buyers beware I sent three emails to seller and never received a reply. Told him at 8 days since he hasn’t shipped to cancel order but instead mailed them a couple of days later
