Sir, when you say an item is complete, the onus is on YOU to ensure you are selling what you claim to sell. I ALSO can take the photo to show my contact seller goes to a cancel/return page ONLY, and no contact with you was available. Please do not lash out at me for YOUR mistake, sir.

  The Item was bought as complete, doing research I did not see another with the pieces shown, so I was not aware it was not complete, I refunded total cost and Asked the Buyer to Keep Item, and offered an Apology, There was no reason for Neg. feedback and Buyer should reverse this action.
