  Excellent shipping, packaging. the pump is a great pump for winter usage. you do not have to turn it on and off the pump will turn on and off when needed.

  Item was received ahead of schedule, well packaged, and as described. I did not attempt to communicate with seller, so I cannot comment on their communication, but everything I CAN comment on receives 5 stars. Would recommend!

  Item was exactly as described. Seller shipped the item out quickly but for a fabric item shipping in the winter time it would have been better if they wrapped it in plastic to protect it from the elements. Gave 4 stars for shipping items for that reason. Otherwise a good transaction overall.

  The wrong item was shipped initially. I contacted seller twice to advise. Seller said they sent the wrong package. Didn't seem too concerned with delay or inconvenience. Seller sent the correct game. Description said it was used, but complete. When it arrived there was a paper describing the missing components from the game. Nothing about missing parts was listed in the description. Amazon sells this for $65 vs the $25 plus $10 shipping. I would buy from Amazon. Don't trust. Buyer beware.
