  Sold and Paid 2/11. Sent 2/12. Arrived 2/18. Well packed. I was able to remove the surface rust from the "negative" contact "button." In order to obtain an acurate reading, it needs to be particularly "clean" when testing either Button or Lithium Type batteries. Otherwise, the item is as described.
