  The transmission was as described in the listing. Received the part quickly. Packaging was excellent. After receiving the unit, I discovered that the unit in my mower was a different size than what I received even though both mowers were JX 85’s. Long story short, I returned the issue with the help of the seller with no issues. Excellent seller to deal with.

  My husband received his transmission yesterday and was totally thrilled with it. It was packed extremely efficiently. It came in a very timely manner. It was exactly how it was described if not better. And we do think that the value of what we were charged is exactly what it was worth. The seller needs many many stars for his amazing packaging.   Packaging of the 14SB transmission was superb. Before this package, I have not seen someone use plywood in a box to secure something. The transmission arrived as described. When installed, it has performed flawlessly for the last few cuttings driving the lawnmower through some tall 6" grass with ease. Definitely recommend john-3-18 as a seller.
