Satellite shop is listing Modulators as BRAND NEW (there not) these are USED wrapped in packing paper, you can clearly see there age in the pictures, there response was a $15.00 credit, No Apogees for the listing and there still being listed as NEW communications have stopped. BYER BEWARE...
