  First item came in flattened, with wheel marks on the package, so completely destroyed. After contacting the seller he sent me another part free of charge within 2-3 days. Excellent customer service, delivery and communication. Excellent value and quality for the price (it's brand new, original), fits and works as it supposed to. I would recommend. Good job!

  I'm often dubious of buying parts from overseas particularly those with a sizeable shipping charge. In this case, the part I ordered was a complete punt as to whether it would resolve my problem. The part itself looks 100% OEM genuine & installing it has fixed my Bose headphones for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. Item arrived prompt & well packaged.   I ordered the incorrect part and then ordered the correct one (this one) after the previous part arrived. They both were shipped in an amazingly timely manner. I was able to quickly process a return, and get the part that I needed. When I repaired my headphones, they felt better on my ears and more secure on my head than they did when I first bought them brand new. I very much intend on going to this seller again if there are any other Sony headphone issues in the future.
