  Received Clarinet.Body in good condition with no cracks or checking. Case in good condition without musty odors or mold. Double bladder pads are old, but still in good condition. Keys shows signs of wear, but not too adversely; this model seems to have the brass keywork with silver plating. Bell and Barrel in good condition without any cracks or checks, and joint bands are tight. Needs new cork on bell joint. Shipping and packaging could have been better.

  Great communication, had an issue with shipping that was not the seller fault. They where on top of it and it was resolved. The belts arrived and look great will be making another purchase soon!

  Was not as described. Ordered 100 genuine leather belts. Received 60 leather and 39 cloth. Could not resolve the issue.

  Southernpeach3 contacted me about her order that they were not all leather; have boys sizes & is one belt short. I apologized & referred her to my detailed description that clearly have those info with complete photos.Despite that, I offered a $10 discount but she said it was a slap on the face & will give me my first negative review.I explained that my goods are deeply discounted & can’t afford another discount but can accept a return with full refund.Here we are, but I refused to be bullied!
