Not sellers fault. Label was correct just typical USPS service. I would buy from this seller again!

They began with offering a 10% refund and just keep the item. Then 30%, then 50% before I threatened to contact eBay. They didn't require me to return the item even though I can't use it. Be aware if you need to return the item. Item was new and what I ordered. Appears to be nice and a good deal.
