However it had been removed from its original, advertised, packaging and repacked in a larger flatter box. So divorced from its box. The tube has no stamped labelling on it so I cannot be confident that it is the correct size - I'd have been much happier if the packers have put the flattened original packaging in the new box along with the tube. If the tube is not the size ordered - negative feedback will follow in 7 days

The items were new and good quality but there was a problem with the order which I messaged the seller about. I was given two options, both of which I would have been happy with and I went for the easiest one. I would still use this seller again in the future. Thank you.

Received un named brand with logo only. Asked what manufacturer, seller wouldnt disclose this, but replied 'brand' is mentioned in listing. Brand in listing was Mempac which i did not receive. Returned completely unused item 'not as described' in original received packing, 'a bag'. Seller deducted approx. 50% from refund, wasn't returned in original condition. Shocking. Awful customer respect.
