  Sent multiple messages to seller to see when my item would get shipped. Never responded. Didn’t ask for a refund right away, because I wanted the item, but as soon as I requested the refund, I received it right away. Not sure if this was EBay or Paypal covering the costs, but at least that was easy and I was able to purchase the item from another seller.
