  I love this particular line of colored Gucci lip balm! I had afforded myself a few colors when I was working. I can no longer afford this at the department stores so was thrilled to find some on ebay after I had used mine up. It is the real deal with proper box and product stamp. It is super moisturizing and a lovely color exactly as pictured and described. This seller had it securely wrapped and arrived just a few days after I placed the order. I will order from this seller again no hesitation.

  The seller was great, provided all the information I was looking for in the product description and included all pieces noted. The appearance of the product is brand new; as stated in the description, there was not internal plastic bags around the individual pieces (I'm okay with this). I was sold on the price as I was very nervous with paying full retail price elsewhere. Shipping, overall, was good, product was in a secured sturdy box, appropriate for the product. I'm excited to use this!

  Item came damaged. I contacted seller. She/he made me feel like I was lying. With picture proof. Telling me that this couldn’t have ever happened and how their reviews are all positive. I came at the situation nicely and said “things happen” and please package differently but after the seller made me feel like it’s my issue I was over it. I’m out the money and out the perfume. I’m sure that they have good business one issue doesn’t mean they aren’t great ITS THE WAY RHEY HANDLED THIS SITUATION.
