Even send a gem analysis report card of the actual sale item but actual item is grossly different. Badly I m unable open refund request and unable to refund cause I bought through ebay.sg app and paid directly through visa. Had a confirmation acknowledgement from seller to send the actual item from description, yet a different item was send and seller ignored my messages after. Very bad and expensive experience.
