  Ordered and paid for 2 XL Australian leather hats on 5th July...Offer buy 2 get a 4% discount total paid £34.26. Box delivered on 9th July with only ONE hat inside. Contacted the seller numerous times, who apologised for inconvenience and said, two or three times he has sent me the second hat. Two weeks have passed and no second hat and no answers from my recent requests for an update... Is this a deliberate ploy, it's doubled the price of my one hat ! Avoid !!

  Received item. As described. Prompt delivery. But too small. Returned to exchange for bigger size. Ignored further messages. Eventually stating not received returned item. Sent screenshots of Royal Mail tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Had to contact eBay agent. They could follow the messages/proofs sent. EBay refunded the cost. Not heard from the seller. EBay agents were excellent. Very disappointed with this seller though.
