Amazing service from this company. Package was not delivered initially to my address and therefore refund issued. However, turned out Royal Mail delivered the package to a totally different address a few streets away! I contacted the company for them to recharge me for the package, but they said to keep package and refund. I'm sorry about that. RM should be more careful!

Next working day, seller rang and assured me she would post straight away and we crossed fingers for Royal Mail. Balloon arrived to day. Well boxed and packaged .
