  Item was damaged in shipping even though I asked the seller to take extra care to protect it from damage. When I returned it because of the damage the seller refused to send a full refund and did not send a refund for the cost to ship it back, blaming me for not following the 'eBay return policy'. The few times I returned items I have never been asked to follow a return policy and have always received full refunds. Seller refused to take responsilbility for their mistake.

  Box was heavily damaged in shipping... I thought the set of 16 dishes would be broken for sure. (see pics) Seller packed everything so well... not one broken item! Great seller who takes extra care with packing and shipping. Thank you
