  I ordered the Falcon driver cover for my husband for Father's Day and was sent a dog. I contacted the seller right away and sent him pictures of what we've received and offered to send it back and exchange for the correct item and he said just keep it and he was waiting for somebody who received my order to send it back and it would be on its way well it never arrived so they offered to send me a refund and I followed up with two messages saying that's my preference and I have not heard anything

  Product was fine. Item was shipped USPS and was supposed to be shipped UPS. Because it was shipped USPS, I had to pay an additional amount to get my product or send it back and wait for it to come later. It was for a Father's Day gift so it couldn't wait. I contacted the seller and they didn't not respond to refunding me the additional money I paid for shipping.
