Product was as described but did not work properly when received possibly due to rough handling in transit, even though the product was packaged very well.   Radio was packaged, shipped & received as advertised. Haven’t installed unit yet but no complaints thus far. It’s a plug-in replacement in new condition for my 18 year old ailing CD player so represents good value.
